My name is Jennifer Myers and I am a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in women's health and fitness. I offer a variety of fitness services including one-on-one personal training in your Tempe, Chandler or Ahwatukee home, online personal training, outdoor boot camps and running camps, meal planning and lifestyle coaching.

Whether your goal is to train for your first 5K or lose some body fat, I can't wait to talk to you! My passion is to see you succeed at your fitness dreams.

In preparation for Michelle's October wedding, she called me in July wanting help. She had been working out five days per week, but wasn't seeing any improvement to her body. And motivatation was definately not an issue. With 10 weeks away from her wedding day, she was ready for a change. And change it up...we did!

Sticking to her 5-day per week fitness habit, we continued with this schedule, but added High Intensity Interval Training and strength training. She also eliminated all processed foods.

Within 10 weeks, Michelle had lost an incredible 5 inches from her hips, 4 inches from her waist, 4 inches from each thigh and was down to a lean 17% body fat (she started at 26%).
